Who is eligible for a wholesale account?
Any business or organization with a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) can apply for a Z Athletic wholesale business account. Our program is ideal for resellers, gymnastics gyms, climbing gyms, ninja facilities, cheer and tumbling programs, schools, recreation centers, and other businesses or organizations purchasing or selling athletic equipment.
How do I sign up for a wholesale account?
Getting started is easy! Simply complete our Wholesale Application with your business information. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you'll gain access to our business shopping experience and exclusive wholesale pricing.
How long does the approval process take?
Applications are typically reviewed and approved within one business day. Once approved, you'll be able to access your wholesale account and start shopping at business pricing
Is there a fee to join the wholesale program?
No! Applying for and maintaining a Z Athletic wholesale account is completely free.
Wholesale Pricing & Ordering
What is wholesale business pricing?
Wholesale pricing is exclusive discounted pricing available to approved business customers. Depending on the product, your business can save up to 60% off our regular retail prices.
Once approved and logged in, you'll automatically see your available business pricing as you shop.
Do I have to purchase a minimum quantity to receive wholesale pricing?
No, there is no minimum to purchase in order to receive wholesale pricing. However, ordering more product at a single time allows for better shipping rates and additional savings. Approved wholesale customers can access their eligible business pricing when logged into their accounts.
How do I access my wholesale pricing?
Once your account is approved, simply log in to the Z Athletic website. You'll automatically see our business-focused shopping experience, including your exclusive pricing. There's no need to enter a discount code.
Will all products have wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available on eligible Z Athletic products, with discounts varying by item. Once your business account is approved, simply log in to see your exclusive pricing throughout our website.
Can I use discount codes or promotions with wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is already discounted, so additional retail discount codes and promotions generally cannot be combined with wholesale pricing unless otherwise specified.
Shipping & Local Pickup
How much does wholesale shipping cost?
Unlike our online retail store, wholesale orders have a separate shipping charge. This allows us to offer lower product prices without building shipping costs into each item.
Shipping is calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery location using rates from UPS and freight carriers. Our goal is to provide the most cost-effective shipping option available for your order.
Can I save money by ordering enough to ship via freight?
Absolutely! For larger orders, freight shipping can offer significant savings compared to shipping multiple individual packages through UPS.
When your order qualifies for freight shipping, we can take advantage of carrier rates that often reduce the overall shipping cost per item.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Larger orders, freight shipments, or orders requiring special handling may take additional time.
Please note that shipping time refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it will arrive.
Can I pick up my wholesale order locally?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our warehouse in Westfield, Indiana. This is a great option for nearby businesses looking to avoid shipping costs and receive our best pricing. Please select local pickup during check out.
Account Management & Support
Can I add other people to my business account?
Yes! We understand that multiple employees may need to make purchases for your organization.
Once your wholesale account is approved, you can request access for additional team members by contacting Customer Support or submitting a request through our Contact Us form.
Do you offer net payment terms?
Yes! Net payment terms may be available for schools, government organizations, and established Z Athletic customers with a positive payment history.
Payment terms are subject to approval and are not automatically included with wholesale account access. If you're interested in applying for net payment terms, please contact our Customer Support team to discuss eligibility and available options.
Who do I contact if I need help with a large order or want a quote?
Our team is happy to help! Whether you're outfitting a new gym, replacing equipment, or planning a large purchase, you can contact Z Athletic Customer Support for assistance with product selection, quantities, and shipping options.
Do you accept purchase orders?
If your school, business, or organization requires a purchase order (PO), please contact our Customer Support team before placing your order. We can review your purchasing requirements and discuss available options.
Are wholesale purchases tax-exempt?
Qualifying tax-exempt organizations may be eligible to make purchases without sales tax. To receive tax-exempt status, you'll need to provide the appropriate tax exemption documentation for verification.
Please note that having an EIN or TIN does not automatically make your purchases tax-exempt.
Can I use my existing Z Athletic account for wholesale purchases?
If you already have a Z Athletic customer account, you can still apply for wholesale business access! We recommend using the same email address associated with your existing account when submitting your wholesale application.
Once approved, you'll be able to access our business shopping experience and exclusive wholesale pricing.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We want you to feel confident in every purchase! Return eligibility may vary depending on the product, order size, and shipping method.
For large or freight-shipped orders, we recommend contacting Customer Support before initiating a return so we can review your options and any applicable return shipping costs.
