Shipping policy
Items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS.
Items Received Damaged/Items Missing Parts/Components
To initiate a return/refund request due to an item being damaged upon arrival, or if a product is missing specific parts and/or components, you will have 30 days from the time you receive your order to notify Z Athletic of the damaged item or of any parts you have identified as missing. Z Athletic does not replace missing parts unless the order was shipped to the customer in that condition and was reported to Z Athletic within the time noted above.
Items Missing While In "Carrier Hands"
If your item has already been shipped from Z Athletic as in-transit, in carrier hands, we are no longer responsible for this item and will not issue a refund at this time. Customer must file an appropriate claim with the carrier service and abide by their policies for replacing/compensating for missing parcels.
